What is HeroHunt.ai?

HeroHunt.ai is a candidate sourcing and outreach platform for recruiters, run by Eevee Meets B.V., a company based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 81700334. Its main product, AI Recruiter, starts from a job description, searches for profiles, evaluates them and messages the chosen candidates.

Unlike classic sourcing tools built on filters and Boolean strings, search works in natural language and profile evaluation is handled by language models: the price list mentions recent models from OpenAI (GPT) and Anthropic (Claude). According to its privacy policy, the data comes from public web sources such as LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow.

Main Features

How Does HeroHunt.ai Work?

You create a position by entering the job description and requirements. AI Recruiter returns a list of candidates (100 per search by default, up to 500), each with a match score. You approve the profiles to contact and the system sends the messages from your connected mailbox, tracking outreach and replies.

The prompts that generate the messages can be edited. Profiles reviewed but not shown and email lookups that find nothing are not deducted from the monthly allowance.

HeroHunt.ai suits people who do active candidate sourcing at a steady volume and want an AI agent to take over the repetitive part of the job. At $99 per month it makes sense for agencies and full-time recruiters: try it on a real opening and sort out the privacy handling of candidate data first.
