Paid listings on Best Five AI — last updated 23 October 2026
1. The service
Best Five AI is a directory of AI tools published by The Question (thequestion.it) at /strumenti-ai (Italian) and /tools-ai (English). Tool makers can ask for their tool to be listed by paying one of the plans below. For any question, use the contact form.
2. Plans and prices
- Standard — €5: editorial review within 5 business days of payment; if approved, a permanent page in Italian and English and a place in the "New arrivals" section of its category.
- Featured — €12: everything in Standard, review within 2 business days, and 30 days at the top of "New arrivals" and "Recently added" with the Featured badge. After 30 days the tool stays listed as Standard. Featured can be bought again at any time.
Prices are final, paid once and never renewed automatically.
3. Payment
Payment is made through PayPal (also by card). A request is reviewed only after PayPal has confirmed the payment. We never see or store card data.
4. Editorial review
Paying does not guarantee publication. Every tool is checked by our team. We do not publish, among others: tools without an identifiable owner, adult content, astrology and fortune telling, face swaps of real people, resale of other companies' AI models or subscriptions, tools for fake accounts or spam, directories and lists of tools, sites created a few days earlier with no track record. The page about the tool is written by our team, independently: we may describe limits and drawbacks as well as strengths.
5. Refunds
- If the tool is not approved, we refund the full amount through PayPal.
- If we do not complete the review within the stated time, you can ask for a full refund before the page is published.
- Once the page is published, the service has been delivered and is not refundable.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer resident in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw. By ticking the box in the form you ask us to start the review immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the page is published, as the service has then been fully performed. These rules do not apply to purchases made by businesses.
7. What we do not sell
- The top 5 of each category depends on visitors' votes and on our editorial judgment: it cannot be bought.
- Links to listed tools are nofollow / sponsored: we do not sell SEO backlinks.
- We do not guarantee any number of visits, clicks or votes.
8. Updates and removal
You can ask for corrections to the page (pricing, features) at any time through the contact form. We may update the page, or remove it, if the tool shuts down, changes substantially or no longer meets the criteria in section 4. Removal for these reasons does not give right to a refund.
9. Liability
The tools listed are owned and operated by their makers, who are solely responsible for them. Our liability towards the buyer is limited to the amount paid for the listing, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the version in force on the day of payment applies to each purchase. These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of their country of residence remain unaffected.
